| A1. | Keep calm and keep copies of the suspicious email and correspondence. If you have given out your personal financial information such as your Internet bank account username and password, change your password of your account immediately. Check your account status and contact the relevant organisation such as your bank for verification. You may consider to cancel your account and open a new one to avoid fraud and losses. Report the crime to the police immediately for investigation if necessary. |
